Jim Carter

I am a transplant from Greater Vancouver, but the South Cariboo has been a big part of my life since I was a teenager. My family owned vacation property on Lac La Hache and we spent every weekend and holiday we could exploring this beautiful area. My wife and I purchased our own vacation acreage near Horse Lake in 2010 to introduce our daughter to “The Cariboo Way” and we became permanent residents in 2017.

We made the move here to realize a lifestyle and spirit of community that we believe has disappeared in the big city. I feel that my definition of true success is still alive, well and achievable here, in the South Cariboo. I would like to help others fulfill their dream to belong in this community. 

I limit the number of clients that I represent to ensure that that I am available to properly take care of each one. I take pride in exceeding the level of service that you expect from a Realtor.
